Hello!

I’m Sember and I run the BL Blog (and Insta)!

The BL Blog exists because I’ve read dozens (and I do mean dozens) of BL novels, web comics, and web novels and I need to share all the awesome content I’ve come across!

With this blog I hope to accomplish two things. One: bring more traffic to deserving creators. Two: bring you (the BL aficionado!) more incredible content. You might recognize some internet famous titles here, but the goal is to highlight indie creators and get their awesome content out there.

Under each recommendation you will find:

• Basic book information
• Overall enjoyment rating, which combines my feelings on the characters, plot, and world-building
• Spice rating (some of these titles get a little sexy)
• Trope tags
• Any trigger warnings

The trope tags will hopefully help you decide if you want to read a story or not!

This is a recommendation blog, as opposed to a review blog, so I won’t share any title that I would give less than three stars. Visit the Rating System Page for a breakdown of how I structure my ratings!

I also take recommendations! If they are indie or POC-led then they are ESPECIALLY appreciated!
